Principle and Structure:

According to the basic leak detection principle of helium leak detection, a fixture is used to divide the workpiece into two independent sealed cavities: the helium charging cavity and the leak detection cavity. Helium gas is used as the tracer gas and filled into the helium charging cavity. Then, the helium gas signal in the leak detection cavity is detected by the helium leak detector, which can quickly and accurately determine the leakage situation of the workpiece with high precision. This system uses two sets of vacuum chambers. The operator places the workpiece in the fixture and presses the start button. The fixture automatically seals the product, and then the entire process, including gross leak detection, strength inspection, evacuation, helium charging, micro leak detection, and helium gas discharge, is completed fully automatically. It has a fast production cycle and high leak detection accuracy.
