2. On-site Service Available 24 Hours

We will respond within 6 hours upon receiving the customer's repair request and provide on-site service within 24 hours.

3. Warranty Service

1) Warranty for engineering installation system: From the date of project completion, the engineering installation system (installation materials other than equipment) will be repaired free of charge for one year;

2) Warranty for main equipment: Starting from the warranty start date specified by the equipment manufacturer (as indicated in the equipment instruction manual or warranty card), the equipment warranty policy of the equipment manufacturer shall be implemented. If the whole-machine warranty period provided by the equipment manufacturer is less than one year, it shall be implemented as one year.

4. Construction and Maintenance Service

1) From the date of project completion, maintenance service with free labor cost (materials are charged) will be provided within two years;

2) Provide "one-stop" maintenance service;

3) System maintenance cycle schedule: Every spring and autumn.

5. On-site Repair Service

As long as the equipment is purchased from our company, we will provide you with lifelong on-site repair service.

6. In case of any of the following situations, paid repair service will be provided

1) Damage caused by improper use by the user;

2) Damage caused by the user's self-disassembly;

3) No invoice and warranty certificate;

4) The invoice and warranty certificate have been tampered with privately;

5) Beyond the warranty period.
