Job Description:

1. Be responsible for the after-sales service of equipment, as well as the maintenance of software and hardware.

2. Conduct spot checks, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.

3. Undertake the daily service work of customer product applications at the technical level, including promptly answering customer phone inquiries.

Solve customer problems in product applications remotely or on-site.

4. Handle after-sales related business work.

5. Those with experience in automated equipment and fixtures in the electronics industry will be given priority.

Job Requirements:

1. Have more than 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance and service work.

2. Have strong practical skills and the ability to work independently, and be conscientious, responsible, rigorous, and meticulous in work.

3. Have good communication and strong expression skills, possess a team spirit and a strong sense of work responsibility, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
