On September 3, 2024, Atlas Copco Group officially completed the acquisition of Anhui Noy Technology Co., Ltd!

The successful completion of this handover marks that Noy Technology has entered a new era of development and is an important milestone for Noy Technology to enter the internationalization.

On July 9, 2024, Atlas Copco Group officially agreed to acquire the equity of Anhui Noy Technology Co., Ltd. Atlas Copco Group is a global industrial group with a history of 150 years. Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, it has nearly 53000 employees from more than 70 countries and regions. Its customers cover more than 180 countries and regions around the world. In 2023, its operating revenue will be 15 billion Euros. Its vacuum technology business field of four business fields provides vacuum products and solutions for many industries around the world.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024. After the completion of the acquisition, Anhui Noy Technology Co., Ltd. will be affiliated to the Scientific Vacuum Division in the vacuum technology business field of Atlas Copco Group. Atlas Copco Group will be committed to maintaining and developing the "Noy" brand, and will use its global sales channels to promote the "Noy" brand products to better meet the needs of new and old customers at home and abroad.
