The production volume of electric vehicle batteries has significantly increased. For this new type of drivetrain technology, it is essential to extend the battery life and improve the battery performance to prevent new users from rejecting this technology due to a poor initial experience. Battery packs are usually equipped with a casing. And the casing generally needs to meet the IP67 (or higher) water protection rating, with its leakage rate within the range of 5×10⁻³ mbar l/s.
