NHJ600series Leak Detector is a fully automatic portable Helium Mass Spectrum Leak Detector, small volume, suitable for precision, fast and portable vacuum industry and research institutes.

Using helium mass spectrometry and inverse diffusion principle, using 180° inhomogeneous magnetic field and automatic control technology. Automatic helium peak scanning, automatic calibration and automatic range switching are realized.

It has the characteristics of portable, fast start, fast operation, high sensitivity, accurate and rapid.

The unique gas path design increases the pumping speed of helium, shortens the time for clearing the helium background, and effectively prevents helium pollution.

The leak detection port is equipped with a customized precision filtration device, which can effectively prevent debris particles or copper powder from entering the instrument.

It has multi-mode function input and output, making it easy to connect with various automation equipment.

The mechanical and electrical circuits are effectively separated to avoid mutual interference from temperature, electromagnetic fields, etc., making the leak detector operate more stably and reliably.
